Compact design
Single-phase motors up to 0,5 HP
IRM is a fan speed controller for single-phase motors up to 0,5 HP, made specifically for portable air coolers.
In addition to fan speed control, the IRM features three relay outputs for controlling the pump, drain, and swing or germicidal lamp. It includes dedicated functions for evaporative coolers, such as a cyclic pump timer for energy savings, a timer for automatic shutdown, and automatic pad drying. It also provides a digital input for a level sensor and pump protection. Its compact design allows installation even in small evaporative coolers. The IRM can be controlled through a surface-mounted HMI or by remote control.
Recommended motors: Single-phase up to 0,5 HP;
Maximum voltage output: 97% of the mains voltage;
Power supply voltage and input frequency: (58 to 240) Vac ± 20 % / 60 Hz;
Relay output (drain, air swing / germicidal lamp and water pump): 3 energized contacts (7 A / 220 VAC), with a combined current limited to 7 A.

Automatic temperature mode
IRM is capable of functioning automatically, turning the air cooler on or off to reach the configured temperature. To use this mode, the temperature sensor must be accommodated in the monitored room.
