Dual-voltage, 85 or 300 V
H104 is a temperature controller with a built-in voltage monitor for milk cooling tanks. It provides on/off temperature control through a relay output and has an auxiliary output with a timer function for the stirrer. Its voltage monitor protects the device from power supply fluctuations, disabling the relays whenever an out-of-range voltage is detected. H104 has a visual alarm function and can be surface or flush mounted with screws or 60mm round hole.

Temperature controller for cooling systems
H104 is a temperature controller for cooling applications that don’t require defrost.
Ideal for milk cooling tanks
Functions as a built-in voltage monitor and timer output for controlling the stirrer make H104 the ideal controller for milk cooling tanks.

Temperature sensor made of stainless steel
Robust, resistant and durable, the temperature sensor used in H104’s construction has a protective coating in stainless steel.
Surface mounting
The H102 can be installed on the surface using screws. This ensures installation versatility wherever it is suitable.

60mm hole Mounting
The H102 can be installed in a hole with a diameter of 60 mm. Simply use the front thread to ensure a quick and easy installation.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, the H104 controller features voltage monitoring. To configure the protection limits, access the settings menu and adjust the minimum voltage (uL) and maximum voltage (uH) parameters.
No. It is recommended to install the sensor in thermowells to avoid direct contact with food and liquids.
Yes, the H104 controller uses an NTC-type sensor, which allows cable splicing. This is typically done when it is necessary to extend the sensor cable beyond the standard factory length (1.5 m). It is important that splices are properly made, well insulated, and use suitable conductors. After handling the sensor cable, it is essential to calibrate the temperature sensor using parameter r4.
To adjust the setpoint on the H104 controller, simply press and hold the SET button and use the up and down keys to make the desired adjustment.
To calibrate the temperature sensor on the H104 controller, access parameter r4 in the settings menu. Adjust the r4 value to correct the difference between the controller’s reading and a reliable temperature measurement device.
