The AW5 Big Display is a treadmill control panel designed to provide precise control, real-time monitoring, and seamless integration with frequency inverters (VFDs). Acting as the interface between the user and the treadmill drive system, the panel features five high-visibility LED displays that provide essential workout data, including exercise time, distance traveled, speed, calories burned, and heart rate.
Designed for a practical and intuitive user experience, the AW5 Big Display offers three operating modes: normal mode, countdown mode, and training programs, allowing different workout configurations according to user preferences. In addition, it includes speed shortcut keys, enabling quick and convenient speed adjustments during exercise.
The panel is compatible with a wide range of treadmill frequency inverters, supporting communication through either a frequency signal or Ageon serial communication. When used with IEX70 PRO frequency inverters, the AW5 Big Display provides access to advanced parameter configuration and diagnostic functions, simplifying installation, maintenance, and system management.
Developed for fitness equipment manufacturers and system integrators, the AW5 Big Display combines clear data visualization, broad compatibility with treadmill control systems, ease of operation, and reliable performance. It is a complete solution for treadmill projects that require efficiency, user-friendly operation, and seamless integration between the control panel and the frequency inverter.

Two modes of communication
A5W Big Display is used at its full potential when in conjunction with Ageon’s drivers, but it’s also compatible with other models from other brands. The HMI provides great flexibility for your application with its two modes of communication (Ageon serial and frequency).

The panel displays time, distance, calories, speed, and heart rate. Enlarged display and keypad, with speed preset shortcuts.
Sound alarm
It features a buzzer that emits audible signals to indicate board startup and the end of the exercise, improving user interaction.
