High temperatures
H201 is the controller designed for high temperature applications, with temperature measurement up to 250ºC and control up to 200ºC.

Yes, the H201 temperature controller is dual voltage, meaning the same equipment is compatible with both 127 V and 220 V power supplies.
No. The stainless steel sensor is not designed to come into contact with food. The stainless steel probe is intended to provide greater mechanical resistance and be secured by screw pressure, for example. We recommend installing the sensor in thermowells to avoid contact with food.
Yes, the controller’s sensor is of the NTC type, which allows splicing. Splicing is typically done when there is a need to extend the sensor cable beyond the standard factory length (2.5 m). It is important that the splices are properly made, well insulated, and with the appropriate conductor. After handling the sensor cable, it is crucial to calibrate the temperature sensor using the r4 parameter.
To adjust the Setpoint, simply press and hold the SET key, then use the up and down keys to adjust the Setpoint.
